Parental Child Abduction (PCA)
Parental Child Abduction (PCA) happens when a child is taken away without the permission of the custodial parent or the court. There are a number of issues that arise in the process including the airline travel with minors policies, court orders in effect at the time of removal or attempted removal, applicable U.S. state and federal laws, and Hague Convention-related mechanisms.
