Rami Zahr is a former Senior Case Manager at the National Center for Missing and Exploited (NCMEC) where he successfully managed hundreds of cases involving children abducted to Hague and non-Hague countries and developed abduction prevention strategies for handling abductions-in-progress. Rami has conducted presentations on parental child abduction (PCA) matters to law enforcement, litigators, and international groups from countries across the world including Thailand, Egypt, Armenia, Australia, Morocco, Tunisia, Japan, China, Ukraine, Malaysia, and Pakistan. In addition, he has lectured at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) of the U.S. Department of State.
Therese has actively participated in and supported numerous projects related to parental child abduction, working closely with families to address the unique challenges these cases present.

Certified as a paralegal, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to supporting families and advocating for their best interests. Notably, Therese served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) in juvenile casework, where she played a crucial role in ensuring the voices of children were heard within the legal system.
